Situation:

 The date is June 6th 1944, our paratroopers have landed and disrupted the enemy lines of communication and enemy artillery.  Word has been said that not all enemy artillery has been destroyed.  The mission must go on. We will step off at 0430 hours and we will have a hold on the beach by noon.  We will not lie to you, heavy casualties are expected of the 34,000 of us. We will press on no matter the cost.  This beach cannot stay occupied by the German forces we cannot and will not fail, we will only accept a one hundred percent victory.  Gentlemen, the hour is upon us; gear up and prepare to board your ship godspeed. 

Mission:

It is the mission of 1st Ranger platoon to conduct an amphibious assault on Omaha beach.  There are 2 sectors, Charlie and Dog, that are capable of being taken. You will be briefed on where you will be going by your PL.  Upon a successful landing and control of the beach it is to be expected that we move into and liberate the city of Le Bray.  1st Platoon will be supported by the naval bombardment on the beach.  They will have a team of 2 Sherman tanks as well. 

Execution:

The execution of this mission is solely up to your Platoon Leader. The beach must be acquired first then 1st platoon will move onto the city of Le Bray.

IF YOU PLAYED ON THE FIRST OP MODS HAVE CHANGED FA/18 WAS TAKEN OUT AND ACE PHARMACY WAS ADDED IN.

 

I should also note that  some client side mods like DUI, Enhanced GPS, Enhanced Map, and Better Inventory are not required.  Same can be said for Backpack on chest and other 15th approved client side mods, though they all work just as well.
