We do. First, check with your Chain of Command for who in your platoon is authorized to teach the NCO courses, it is typically your Squad or Section Lead, or someone within Platoon HQ. I am having similar connection issues with ftp://66.85.14.170/.a3s/autoconfig. I tried turning off my firewall and no change. I finally tried the 3CB autoconfig url (http://repo.3commandobrigade.com/autoconfig) and it connected fine. So something is blocking my connection to the 15th repo. I just don't know what that is.

Copy+pasta is great for that, much better than the old forums. I do all the writing in G Docs, and the editor picks up all my formatting. If you don't have the Source button, you can just cancel the post, fix it in the G Doc, and start a new post.

Copying and pasting from Google docs and sheets is your easiest bet. The Recruiting server uses a different mod set than the standard 15th for the Official Task Force servers. So this means you may have 2 versions of CBA or ACE in your available mods, and you need to load the correct version for Standard 15th vs. 15th Recruiting Server.
