There should be a readout in the chat log as soon as you join the server it should pop up, take a screenshot of that log and I will be better able to help. At the very least you need to install the Task force radio plugin for teamspeak, there are instructions on how to do that in the mod installation instructions link in your Welcome aboard message from your recruiter. Pm your recruiter and ask them to help you, they can get on teamspeak with you and help get things sorted.

Have you updated your video drivers? Pretty sure that is a video error code, I heard its common for Nvidia laptop cards.
