Mr. Moffitt, Please take the last several weeks into account when you choose to violate our server rules. Team-killing and Friendly Fire is our #1 rule and it is followed to a T. Any further rules that you break will lead to a permanent, irreversible, ban from our servers. More is expected of 15th members, do not let something like this happen again. Your ban will be lifted sometime soon when the server can be reset. I highly suggest you familiarize yourself with our server rules before you connect next time. Second chances are rare, third chances don't exist.

@Brand Mr. Hewitt If you wish to be unbanned from our Public server I am going to need more info that what you have provided. I have my admins documents on the actions you committed but I need you to outline them for me from your point of view so I have a better understanding to base this appeal off of. It appears you have committed several unsat actions on our servers and I am going to need more explanation than three sentences in order to accurately be able to make a decision on this appeal. Please reply with whatever you feel in necessary and we will go from there.

@Pvt Vignolini Mr. Vignolini, It's clear your actions were misguided I am glad you see that. And I am glad to see that you understand how poorly this outlines our unit, and being a member of our unit, you are held to a higher standard. The actions you took on this night were egregious and show little in the way of setting the proper examples we expect our members to portray while on our public server or on any server using our 15th tags. This behavior is inexcusable, even in jest. For that reason, you will be unbanned from our Private servers to allow you to continue participating in our unit, but you will not be unbanned from the Public server at this time. If you wish you may appeal your Public Server ban in 60 days time, on 14JUN20. Please keep this punishment in mind as you go forward in our unit and understand the level of expectation we hold our members to.

@K.Green Mr. Green, You hold multiple offenses on our server. The first being, at least three known instances of cooking flashbangs and throwing them at friendlies while on base. The second being, documented remarks to multiple members of our unit in which you were caught saying things like "fucking e-marines", "parachuting is for airborne not fucking marines, no fucking marines allowed in here", "I know you're just trying to be like the 101st", "fucking lieutenants". And the third being at least three documented incidents of negligence while flying aircraft on our servers. (One case of negligence that lead to the destruction of a UH-1Y, the second when you stood inside a CH-53 and were told to get out while it was spooling which lead to its destruction, and the third being you flying a CH-53 and repeatedly cutting the engines out mid flight causing the bird to drop before kicking them back on which lead to you misjudging your time in the air and destroying that bird with multiple friendlies inside). Due to the above incidents your appeal at this time is denied. If you wish to re-appeal in the future you may do so at your own discretion.

@Xorillus Mr. Xorillus, The circumstances of your ban have been well documented and accounted by multiple admins within our unit. Your story does not match theirs, you state you did not disconnect immediately, and they state otherwise. I tend to believe my admins more so and trust their judgement in issuing your ban. At this time your ban will remain in place and not be lifted. Feel free to re-appeal in the future and the case will be addressed again.

Mr. Crosby, Please take the last month into account when you choose to violate our server rules. Friend or not, Team-killing and Friendly Fire is our #1 rule and it is followed to a T. Friendly fire is never acceptable under any circumstances and is punishable with a ban without warning. Any further rules that you break will lead to a permanent, irreversible, ban from our servers. Well, I don't see any 'appeal' within this post. Only the admittance of: Disobeying directly an admins warning, three times Destruction of friendly assets Team Killing If you'd like to post an appeal I will be willing to read it. At this time, the current ban is upheld.

Mr. Hewitt, You received several warnings in a few days period for the following infractions on our servers: Griefing Team Killing Racially Charged Comments One of our admins took time to sit down with you and explain the situation you were in and advised you of the action that would take place if further violations were committed by you. You stated that you understood and would comply with all server rules in the future. Then, barely 24 hours later, you were caught griefing, again. Shooting flares in the FOB even after being warned by an Admin. You were given far too many chances in my opinion. An admin even took time out of his day to consult with you and warn you of the repercussions if you continued your behavior. As I see it, you were given a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, warning. We very rarely give even 2nd warnings or chances so this ban will not be lifted at this time.

You simply just need to submit another application and state that you were a previous member under that name and the S-1 guys will find you when they pull you back into the system.
