@J. Ackles Touching on a few points that you have stated above first. This appeal is related to your BCD from the unit on 10AUG19, if you wish to appeal that please seek and follow the proper way to do so. Secondly, you have completely failed to address a single reasoning as to why you were banned from the Public Server, outside of your BCD which will keep you banned from the Public Server as well. You were banned from our Public Server for the following reasons: Intentional Team Wounding/Killing Racial Slurs Toxic Behavior As these violate almost all of our most serious offenses that we issue out on our Public Server, your appeal will not be overturned at this time. If you wish to re-appeal and address these incidents feel free to do so and your ban will again be re-evaluated at that time. At this time this appeal is denied.

Teamkilling is the number one rule of our Public Server and we take it very seriously as it is the most abused rule as well. Regardless of how often you "have fun" with your friend in this regard it is an immediate bannable offense within our server. In regards to your note; the admin who issued your ban attempted to reach you, however you disconnected from the game and TeamSpeak immediately following the incident, so while it would have been nice, it would also have been quite nice to follow the listed rules of our server ;D Please take your time away from the Public Server to understand our rules and familiarize yourself with them so there will be no issues in the future.

@Leckie You were originally issued a warning from one of our Admins on our Public Server on 15DEC20 for an argument that got out of control between yourself and another public player. Since that time you have been banned as a result of further investigation into the issue, you have also gotten yourself banned from our Discord Server and TeamSpeak Server as a direct result of your ongoing toxicity and behavior problems. (All three bans, public server, Discord, and TeamSpeak) were issued by different Admins for different offenses. It is clear you have little to no regard for the environment in which we wish to uphold in our community. Your ban on all platforms will remain for at least the next six months, you may place an appeal again after 01SEP21 if you wish to re-appeal in the future.

@Tagzz At the time of your ban you had previously received two kicks from our public server. Once on 18NOV19 for intentional team killing and firing on base, and once on 02MAR20 for intentional team damage and firing on base. Your track record over your time on our public server is concerning and not anywhere in line with the rules we outline for our servers. Coupling those two prior incidents together along with this ban, and your apparent issues on other public servers throughout the Arma-sphere, your appeal is denied at this time. If you wish to re-appeal in the future you may do so at your own discretion.

@Bettilyon Winter/Bettilyon, Firstly, apologies for getting to this much later than I should have. In regards to your ban you had been warned by not one, not two, not three, but FOUR admins of at least Red Shield or higher prior to your ban from our server. I know based off details evidence that two of the warnings were from prior on our server and two of them were from the day you were banned. You responded to all four warning, meaning you clearly understood that you were breaking out policy's and rules and still continued to join for multiple days with the issue persisting. You were given a number of opportunities to become compliant with our ruleset, and as exploiting and cheating are tied together in our eyes, you broke one of the most enforceable rules on our servers. I do not think you took any proper steps to addressing this, and feel if you were to return you would continue this behavior with disregard to the rules we uphold and enforce within our server. Due to the above incidents your appeal at this time is denied. If you wish to re-appeal in the future you may do so at your own discretion.

Badger, Taking a look through our administrator forum section in which our admins report all warnings, kicks, and bans from our public server, as well as in depth information about each I see that you have a record of several warnings, a kick and two instances of being banned from our Public Server. One on 22JUL19 and the most recent on 20FEB20. There are several repeat incidents in which you have been warned and even banned for friendly fire incidents, as well as wasting assets and even an instance of dressing as OpFor and firing on friendlies. Your record, along with the one un-ban you have, shows me that you pay little attention to the rules we run our server by. And clearly have not gotten the point that many of your actions break those rules and lead to less enjoyable experience for other members you inhabit the server with. At this point in time we will not be removing your current ban. Your track record on our servers is less than stellar and as such this appeal is denied.
