Operation Firewatch Arma Reforger 03 August 2024 1800 CST Duration of Operation - 3Hrs give or take This is a public operation anyone and everyone is welcome to join us. We will meet up in TeamSpeak but TS will not be required for the operation. All mods are able to be downloaded by joining the server early. Primary tasking of U.S. forces was to hold the airfield to aid in the evacuation, though the original agreement with the local terrorist organization ran stale. Tensions are high once more and the organizations patients is dwindling. USMC V1/8 has arrived to assist in the defensive operations needed to complete the evacuation. Missions: It is the mission of V1/8 Alpha Company, 1st Platoon to take defensive posture of the Eastern side of the defensive lines. This platoon will have three days to conduct defensive operations and provide needed support during the evacuation for the town of Tyrone. Execution: Day 1: Assemble at Airbase Everon, Step off from this position towards the town of Tyrone. Once within the town 1st platoon will move to the primary defensive line to hold the line and conduct patrols for the terrorist organization. Night 1: Prior to the night establish a patrol base on or near the defensive line and fend off any oncoming attacks and standby for any follow on taskings. Day 2: Conduct patrols around the primary defensive line and prioritize the push to gain ground towards the secondary defensive line. Night 2: Establish another patrol base and fend off any attacks, as well as staying prepared for any follow on tasking that may be given to assist in an evacuation of VIP's Day 3: Clean house and finalize our evacuation of Tyrone. Step off back to the airbase and debrief. Admin and Logistics: Radios will be utilized by TL's and above All supplies will be provided, transportation of troops and supplies will be handled by the platoon members. Reinserts will be limited to 2 lives but will be handled entirely by the platoon's supporting Air Combat Element.
