The UH-1Y currently can only carry Hydra 70s and Illumination and by default it has a laser, APKWS is an addon to the Hydra 70 that make them laser guided which would give more use to the laser since buddy lasing isn't something that can happen with 1 aircraft up which seems to be how it goes most of the time on the Pub server.
