FYI: There will be a planning meeting roughly an hour prior to the start of the public action. The server will be restarted around this time and all members should attempt to load into the server as soon as possible after the restart and before the step off time. All are welcome to attend the planning meeting but please defer your speaking time to members of leadership who need to discuss pertinent information regarding the mission. There will be time for general questions and concerns towards the end of the planning meeting. Saturday, September 11th 1500CT: Planning meeting start & server restart (FTLs encouraged but not required to attend. Squad leaders and above including supporting assets are requested to attend IOT facilitate an understanding of how each element will be employed.) 1600CT: Official start time, load outs and logistics check (PCCs/PCIs) 1615CT: Soft Step Off (Should be getting loaded into vehicles or preparing to leave FOB) 1630CT: Hard Step Off (Should be approaching or past the LOD) In the event that the S-4 Liaison is unable to attend or is late, all supporting assets that are unable to get furnished with their respective weapons systems / vehicles, and choose to still participate, will be folded into a rifle or weapons squad.
