For those in attendance tonight, please remember that if you are Platoon HQ or a supporting asset such as armor or air, there will be a quick planning meeting about an hour before the public action in "Conference Room #1" on TS. All others are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to 1900CT in order to facilitate loadouts and push you to the assembly area. Fire Team Leaders and above, please arrive 30 minutes early in order to assist with sorting out attendees. Those who fail to arrive within the expected time, will be re-slotted to fill in wherever positions are needed. For any questions regarding the above, please don't hesitate to reach out via the forums or Discord (E. Tage#1775).
