How long have you been playing ArmA III?: Since 2014.
Are you currently in an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?: No
How did you find out about us?: Watching Arma 2 videos and some Arma 3 videos of the unit.
If you were recruited by one of our members, who was it?:
Why do you want to join the 15th MEU (SOC) Realism Unit?: I want to join the 15th to get the full combined arms experience and meet new people. I haven't been in a big unit like the 15th MEU in a long time; I would say since 2015, and I've mostly been in small units that are the size of less than a platoon. I have played with the same people for awhile now, and I am kind of getting fed up with their antics and same missions meant for fire-teams and squads. I want to have an actual chain of command from fire-team to company levels again with supporting/aviation elements in a modern setting. One other thing that kind of got me hooked were the amount of things I can do in this unit. From a basic rifleman to a pilot, AAV or tank operator, and even operations of an aid station, would be loads of fun and would refresh the experience. Since the units I was regularly in are small, we opted for special forces and airborne forces from WW2 and Vietnam. I found the missions meant for small groups getting old, and am wanting to be a regular front-line PVT. and work my way up through campaigns and trainings that our modern Armed Forces do today. I also want a realistic environment but also have fun. The old units I were in were being hard asses and not really helping me out becoming a better member of the unit, and their practices of being a unit weren't making it fun for me anymore for me personally. I want to help out as much as I can with the limited amount of time I have with college and high school classes, as well a preparing to apply to colleges this Fall. I know I can definitely make operations on the required Sundays because I usually have nothing to do, but events during the week may be limited. I just want to have the full Arma experience again and finally join this unit that has been so successful since 2007 now that I am 17 and such.

Are you a prior member of the 15th?: No

If yes, what level of training did you complete?: N/A

Do you own ArmA III APEX?: Yes
Please check your user profile and ensure that the email address you registered with is correct. Have you done this?: Yes
Have you read and understood the definition of Realism Gaming and do you agree to abide by it?: Yes
Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: Yes
You understand the fact that this unit is a CST (GMT -6) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations on Sundays at 1900 CST (0100 GMT)?: Yes
