Trouble with joining the Discord

Hi. So a couple of days ago, my old discord account, which where on your discord server, and also my old units discord server. Got hacked, and started spaming scam links. I got that account deleted and got a new one with all the security stuff setup. But I still can't join. How so? And is it something on my end?

If none of those solutions continue to work for your, I may need to check if your new account was somehow banned. I'll need your discord username (and 4 digits if you have not claimed a vanity username)

I've had the same issue on another discord. And they told me that, it was because I had recived an IP Ban. So you might need my new account name, which is ( golf4_2.0 ) There are no digits after it. Cause it's a brand new one
