SSgt (Ret) Abernathy

I know there has been some people with ACE Menu issues mines a bit different. I can access ACE just fine anywhere but in the map. I cant bring up maptools or Flashlight. I can self interact out of map just fine and i have my ACE keys rebound always have to different keys so I know its not my windows lock key any help would be greatly appreciated.
