Maybe the system thinks you are still active or reserves, instead of retired? I guess I'll leave this up to the capable and sure hands of @ GySgt J. Jefferies

I can't help with your question but I would definitely encourage you to try and make a come back. I myself have just came out of retirement into reserves after a 10 year hiatus and have been having a great time just filling in for what and when I can. Even if you aren't able to go fully active you can still jump into stuff in reserves been going great for me so far. Plus the more the merrier.
