15TH MEU (SOC) REALISM UNIT THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE COMMAND STAFF HAS AWARDED THE 

Fleet Marine Force Enlisted Warfare Specialist Device

Enlisted: An enlisted corpsman will be authorized to wear the Fleet Marine Force Enlisted Warfare Specialist Device (FMFEWS) when they meet the following requirements:

•     Active duty as a corpsman for the past 60 days
•     Attend 4 unit-wide operations as a corpsman in addition to 6 fireteam/squad/platoon level training as a corpsman
•     Complete all Corporal's and Sergeant's courses
•     Attend and complete Infantry Training Battalion (ITB)

Officer: A Navy Medical Officer will be authorized to wear the Fleet Marine Force Warfare Officer Insignia (FMFWO) when they meet the follow requirements:

• Rank of Ensign (ENS) or higher
•     Active duty as a corpsman for the past 60 days
•     Attend 4 unit-wide operations as a corpsman in addition to 6 fireteam/squad/platoon level training as a corpsman
•     Complete all Corporal's and Sergeant's courses
•     Attend and complete Infantry Training Battalion (ITB)
