The only Mod that did not show up, on my in-game ARMA 3 mod list, is sthud. Are we using ShackTack in lieu of sthud?

I am in the ArmA3Sync application in the repositories tab and I am loading these mods up for the first time. Under Addons Repositories it has "15thSPectreRepos" listed but under events, it only has "Op Mods" listed. I am missing the other ones.
