    It's a known issue. Altis players are OPFOR to have the 3CB AAF enemy (which is a BLUFOR faction) that we do. Combine that with the drone being BLUFOR, and then you cannot use it.

    I have this same issue. I can't set any radio to either left or right ear otherwise they just don't make any sound.

    Just a heads up, you don't need to do this unless you want it to be accessible for others to take from your downed body to use on a different person. It will use whatever meds you have on you before it uses the person's that is treat you, so long as you have what they are attempting to use.

    All you have to do is uncheck that handy-dandy enable BattlEye button and you'll be golden. I've had the same issue and that's my workaround to it. 15th servers don't require you to have it enabled in the first place anyway.
