Can't put in a Transfer Request

I can't submit a transfer request on the transfer and lateral moves page. Whenever I click the "Request a Transfer" button, it takes me to the forms page for ace support, titan support, gator support, store purchase, zeus support, weapons platoon support, and deployment award recommendation.

 

Any chance I can get help with this?

Do that, then choose the Lateral Transfer form.

I'm leaving in a month for navy bootcamp. Gotta spend that time with my family. D:

 

Also, I don't see the Lateral Transfer form on the list of options. I only get these:

I think S1 is probably going to have to sniff out your permissions. I seem to remember the last time this happened they were missing a specific permission.
