ACRE Auto Updating

Every time I uninstall the incorrect (updated) version of ACRE (.992), even though when i launch Arma it says it loaded the plugin version .990, it still reverts to the new one .992. Pls halp?

Assuming the reason why your ACRE is auto-updating is due to being subscribed to the steam workshop item. So the solution is to download version 2.6.0.990 from their github page and name is something that you can recognize and load that into your Arma 3 mod preset and unload the one that keeps updating. Once you launch Arma 3 with the approved version, it will update you TS with the correct version and you're good to go.

 

TL;DR Download a second copy of ACRE 2 from the github and use that.

Doesn't work, it still installs plugin version .922

Disregard fixed..  had teamspeak open when the plugin was installing
