Just had a quick question about promotions, started in April as active and went to reserves in May to September while I left for deployment.  I'm now back to active but I was curious about promotions because I don't have a clue how reserve time adds up with my active time and just wanted to know when to expect PFC.

Your Reserve time will add in to your Time in Grade at 1 TIG day for every 3 IRL days. You don't accrue any points with that so you'll have to make up those points elsewhere.
