Situation:

Kuwait has already been successfully liberated by the combined efforts of the Coalition forces. However, the Iraqi regime, led by Saddam Hussein, continues to pose a threat to regional security and stability. In light of this, the United States, together with our coalition partners, has decided to extend the military campaign into Iraq itself to neutralize the aggressive actions of the Iraqi forces.

 

Mission:

The deployment of U.S. Marines to Iraq is part of the ongoing coalition effort to address the continuation of the Gulf War and to push further into Iraq after the successful liberation of Kuwait.

Intel suggests that the Iraqi government has begun working alongside Islamic Extremists in the region, the goal of the 15th for this initial mission is hold and secure at minimum 12 objectives within the AO.

Execution of this plan will be held by higher leadership.  The only exception is going to be AO and prior LOA’s
