Arma 3 in game issue Head bug fix

I have an issue in game where i load into the game after selecting my slot everything is flat and not loaded and everyone is invisible i can only see the floating name tags of people. they way i have been temperately fixing the problem until i die in game again then have to do it over is (ACE HEAD BUG FIX) i click it and it flashes everything back to normal but won;t work on the first try usually so i spam it and it flashes on the other side when looking at me i disappear/ go invisible to other players when trying to fix the problem Here is a clip of what it looks like and me fixing it temperately  https://streamable.com/fdf3ba

Use "CTRL +" , or "CTRL + ;" to set your view distance. 3000-4000 is an ideal number for GCE.
