Reason: Vests and backpack options have better load bearing capabilities than the standard RHS options, as well as give a wider range of options for players to choose from and to carry out their missions with.

Denied due to this mod not being updated since 2017, being abandoned by the poster/modder, and there are complaints of items apparently missing that were originally included which means there are errors in the callsigns/code.
