Not really an issue just looking for help with settings. Mine will be here monday and i am in need of settings advice on how to set it up i will have the throttle with it.

It really depends on the game and your personal preference. I have the Logitech X56, but, the general mindset I followed is don't copy what others do and instead play the game and fly whatever it is you fly and for all the buttons you press the most, put the top 5-10 on the HOTAS. From there, keep playing and just add more and more slowly. Do not add a ton at once.
