Missing DLC Error MSG...

Once I subscribed to the correct Mods, I was able to sign in to the Public Server. A day later, I try to sign in to the server, and I get a message that tells me I am missing a config file ("bin\config.bin\CfgWorlds.abramia" or "...\CfgWorlds.congolia" or something like that). I get a glimpse of the Start page and then I am kicked off of the mission because I do not have the proper DLC. I have checked all of the specs, and i have the correct mod and required DLC.

Help?

Use these mods. They were added resently

And you don't need the contact DLC. It's reported it does show but you don't have to worry about it
