when i start the mission on the server none of the options appear llike secondary option, or option to unpack FOB, or for some reason when shooting other plays cant hear gun sounds, even though we have the same mods, im doing WWII liberation

Sounds like you have two separate issues there.

 

The weapon sounds thing is undoubtedly some sort of mod mismatch, including any sound mods in use. Verify those. Something or someone does in fact not have the correct mods.

 

The lack of options... sounds like something is not initializing right in the  mission scripting. Do you get errors attempting to start the mission in the Eden Multiplayer Test Environment?
