these come up when ever I try to join the servers.

That didn't work, it just wouldn't allow me to join the server at all after I did that.

Which server are you referring to? The public server? An unofficial training server?

You'd have to go to the individual server owner then, but De Munck is correct in that the errors indicate a CUP mismatch.
