Following the arma3sync instructions in the modpack forum, all I see under the repository is "15th MEU Recruiting Server."

 

Is this modpack now used for the public server 'and' official opperations?

I believe you are a returning member, so first & foremost, welcome back Mr Barlow. The public server mods are not the same as the operation mods.
The 15ths mods are handed out from the recruiters from what I read. I suggest poking the first recruiter you see when possible :-)
