Who's in charge of award adjustments?

Who do I contact about getting my Awards fixed I shot Expert but my awards page is showing I shot Sharpshooter and I am not sure who I contact about getting it fixed.

Head to the H&S Request section of the forums and select S-1 Requests. After that go to the S-1 Master Forms List.

The specific form you need is the Signature Update Request.

What Cpl Baum said is correct but remember the ENTIRE unit is doing qualifications.   Takes some time for things to be updated.   Patience is your best option.

Funny thing i dont even have a ribbon rack

Every ribbon rack is handmade by our A&D clerks who try to do updates on a volunteer basis, many along side their active duty and leadership positions within the unit. It will be updated, but it may take a bit as our clerks have several updates coming down the pipeline.
