Was told on discord to open ticket here. Several people that were promoted last month have not had their xml profiles updated in the xml file. It’s been a month now and we don’t have our tags yet.  How can we get this addressed?

The XML was last updated on 10SEP19.  Currently I am the only one with the ability to run the updates due to the permissions required and the tricky process of getting it exported and parsed of errors.   On 16SEP19 I went on LOA and returned to full duty on 06OCT19.  Now that I am back, I will be performing an update soon.
