ACRE2 Radio's DIssapearing or just not working

Alright so yesterday 11JUL19 I began having an issue with ACRE2 in which my radio's began to not work at all. I noticed this as I tried to set their frequency using the ACE interaction menu , normally the Radio's tab would appear but now it doesn't appear at all for some reason even though I have the radios in my inventory. This morning I deleted all the ACRE2 plugin files from TS3 and I deleted and re-installed the ACRE2 Steam Workshop mod to only have it work for roughly 5 minutes. if anyone can assist I would gladly appreciate it.
