Public Server Mods?

Hey, so it's been a while since I've played with the unit, and it looks like some things have changed.

Just wanted to hop on the public server, but I'm wondering what mods I need in addition to the Official 15th MEU Mod Pack. Could someone provide a link to the files I need to get on there? Would greatly appreciate it.

 

On a side note, I don't have all of the most recent arma DLC. Is that mandatory to have?

I believe APEX is the one we need to have. However mod wise...
