Who we are

Founded in June of 2007, the 15th MEU Realism Unit has maintained the standard of realism gaming in the ArmA community since its beginning. To become an e-marine of the 15th MEU Realism Unit is a title coveted and cherished throughout the realism community. We are a kinship dedicated to each other through shared experience and desire for excellence. To be an e-Marine is more than to play a game; it is to join a family and grow your own self through the Unit's dedication to knowledge, leadership, and action. Some of us are here to blow things up, some of us are here for camaraderie, but we all stay for one another.

What we do

Basing ourselves upon the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF), the Unit operates within a large-scale, combined arms environment, incorporating various element of infantry, aircraft, and armored vehicles. We strive to strike the balance between realism and fun, which is why we perform our operations against somewhat modern-based fictional enemies. As a member of the Unit you can join any number of our open jobs and perform just about every desire one could imagine.

Every Spring and Fall are dedicated to our training exercises where we practice our operational capabilities on various terrains and situations, while our Summers are dedicated to our story-based deployment operations. We operate on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, with the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sunday (when applicaple) dedicated to off-the-cuff, non-standard, 'fun'-type operations such as WWII, Vietnam, Halo, Star Wars, and other operations.
