Topic. How do I turn off the chat bar function on the forums? Its lagging my mobile connection and it hogs most of my screen when I zoom in.

I'm trying to connect a remote camera through my home WiFi. The setup guide for the camera says I have to open up a specific port. I understand how to access my router and where to find the port forwarding section but I do not understand all of the fields.
The two fields I don't know are IPv4 and IPv6. I understand those are IP addresses (10.0.0.100 for example) but is that field asking for my router's IPs or the camera's IP?
When I do an ipconfig I see a bunch of fields including the IPv4 and IPv6 address for "Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection". Is that what I'm supposed to use?
Here's one I've never encountered before:
I recently plugged in an old computer of mine and when I pressed the power button it appears to power on but nothing happens. Then a few seconds later it powers off. No beeps. No Bios. Nothing. It has sat, unplugged, for approximately 2 years. It's been in my office so there's no concern of environmental damage and the inside of the case is relatively dust free.
Poking around google suggests an electrical fault of some kind but I'd like to get second opinions. Any ideas?
I've been using a Logitech G13 for years without incident. I've enjoyed the G keys so much that I decided to get a G510 keyboard and a G602 mouse.
Trouble is that during last week's op (first use of the new gear) my devices would stop responding for up to 20 seconds and then return to normal. Usually I would retain partial functionality with at least one or two of the other devices. For example my G13 would temporarily freeze but the mouse still worked. Others the mouse would skip around as if lagging. I noticed that the clock in the LCD display would also freeze. My performance monitor reported normal CPU activity throughout the freeze.
After doing some research the symptoms imply that the Logitech devices are spamming commands and the gaming software can't keep up. The most common solution offered was to disable "repeat" functions on the G key assignments but all my repeats are disabled and have always been (triple checked).
The other option was to role back to a previous version of the gaming software (which I will try).
Has anyone else run into this problem and determined a solution?
I've been a member of the 15th MEU(SOC) Realism Unit for 4 years now and in that time I've made quite a few videos. I think it's about time I show them to bigger community. Enjoy!

I have an eyefinity set up with a resolution of 5760x1080 and the game runs fine. However, the menus for ACE and ACRE are screwy. Either the menus are overlapping or the menus are oversized. In each of the following I cropped out the left and right monitors. What you see is what I see on my center monitor.
In game when I open up a radio I see this:
Which is tollerable since I can see and interact with everything I need to but if I use a different type of radio I am out of luck:
As for the ACE options menu I see this. Notice how it bleeds off at the bottom of the screen?:
Not the end of the world until I try to edit one of the keys. Notice how its obscured behind the other text? I can mess around and gain access to the save button but I am limited to single key strokes since I can not access the shift or control modifier options.
Any hints, tips or suggestions?
